Really Simple CAPTCHA not loading? Does not work with Lazy Load

This isn’t a huge issue for me, since my site really isn’t big enough to need Lazy Load, so I just disabled it.

I simply wanted to put this out there for anyone who runs into an instance where the CAPTCHA image is not loading.

As well, to offer a suggestion for improvement.
