Really Slow to get Form Submission E-mail

So I have the form all set up and it’s working fine, the only problem is it takes a long time to get the e-mail with the form submission. I went into the settings and changed wordpress to PhP, this seems to be the shortest time with about 15 minutes, but that’s still too long for what I need it for.

Anyone know of any way to make it email out in 5 minutes or less?
