Really tiny bug in field naming

    Hi,

    I just wanted to report a tiny bug.

    The plugin offers the possibility to rename the form fields. I use this to translate untranslated fields (to French) and get rid of the colon after some labels (in French, a space is required between the colon and the preceding word).

    While it works for Name and Message, it doesn’t work for “E-Mail Address”. No matter what, a colon is appended to whatever value I provide.

    PS: the previous versions would let me use HTML (e.g. entities) in these fields, now it no longer works. Is it normal?
