• This is a really well-designed plugin, with a very clear user interface and plenty of online help. Because of the way my sites are configured, initially the staging site didn’t work, so I simply clicked the REPORT ISSUE button to contact support. The first support person who got back to me didn’t really understand the issue, but I asked to be transferred to someone more senior, and I then had a response from someone very knowledgeable who arranged a video call with me and discussed the issue with the development team. As a result the issue is now resolved, and I’ve been very pleased with the excellent level of support.
