    I’ve used your AWESOME plug in on many pages. This site was developed quite a while ago and I don’t remember this type display when I created it. Is it the theme?

    I’m on version Version 3.0.2 of your plug in
    Theme: RubyVersion: 2.1.1 (up to date as far as I know)
    WP: 6.0.2
    PHP: ea-php74

    I don’t see this on any other sites using this plugin.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    The issue comes from the fact that the CSS is not added. Can you disable your plugins and see if it works?

    Disable which plugins? ALL of them?

    I’ve never had to add CSS on any other forms. Please expand on this?

    Hi @grant-holmes,

    You need to deactivate the plugins one by one to see which one is creating the issue. If the issue is still there try with a default theme for example the Twenty Twenty-One theme. You do not need to add any CSS.
