Rearrange products on a specific page

Hello – I have just recently launched a new site with WordPress. I am getting used to the format and entering products but one thing is baffling me:
On one category page, I have several products for sale. I realize that as I add new products to this specific page, the newest one will appear in the upper left corner. What I want to do, is arrange these items into a specific order on this page. this was a simple process on Shopify but I am having trouble figuring this out.
I am able to arrange the items on the login site by going through these steps:
1 – Click on Products
2 – Click Sort
3 – Click on select a category
4 – Click on *Specific Page*
5 – Click filterUnfortunately, this does not transfer the arrangement to the website. I feel as though I am missing a step but I am baffled!! —- Please help!
