Rearrange Sliders

I’m working on editing a WordPress site using the Supernova Theme and below is how the site currently works:

I want to rearrange the sliders to appear like the site below:
Is this possible to do this with some sort of coding?
I also want my site to be arrange by categories across the page below the slider like the site above.
