Rearranging pages and link to blog page

I have installed wordpress 2.7 in a folder callaed ‘Blog’.
Its working fine.

I have redirected the url so that the blog page appears on keying in my site url. ( changing and moving the index page to the root)
This is working fine.

Now what I want it to have a diff page other than the blog/posts page to be the landing page.
This can be changed from the settings >> reading link by setting the default landing page.
This is working fine.

Now what I need is to have a page / link which connects to the blog section.
How do I configure this?
