Reasonable plugin, needs better support and in depth doco

This plugin has extensive development, and is reasonable out of the box for simple solutions that align with the base design of the plugin, but as stated by others, it is complex and has a steep learning curve. Needs more doco.

Unfortunately, if you want to customise or run into an issue, the documentation is not comprehensive and the support is not the easiest to deal with.

There is no support forum, so you can’t self serve by searching previous support threads. I have fixed most of my issues faster than the email support response.

I have improved the rating and tone of my response as support are starting to be a bit more helpful. I hope we get where we need to go.
