• This is probably not a bug, but a set of circumstances not often in use results in a poor user experience.

I use Super Socializer to enable users already registered to log in quickly to my members only site. Registration via Social ID is therefore disabled. However, when user who is not registered attempts to log in using social credentials – which are correctly verified by the social provider, nothing happens to notify the user.

This behaviour requires either a URL redirect to be triggered, or an informational popup to explain to the user why his logon request has been denied.

It also does not seem to be possible to have a separate pages for “social register/logon” and “logon for registered users only” simultaneously on the same site, as this is a global setting.

You can use Redirection url option just below the Disable user registration via Social Login option at Social Login options page in admin area, to specify a redirection url where users would get redirected when they try to register using Social Login.
You can show the desired message at that url.
