Reauthentication broken; feed never updates

I got a notification to reauthenticate the feed — even though it loaded the content successfully into the page. When I tried to reauthenticate, I got the error message: “This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

Ongoing problem is that the feed never updates. I go in once a day and manually clear the cache. But that’s minor compared to displaying “There are no objects in this facebook feed.” on my client’s home page.
