Recaptcha and Registration Email doesn’t work

  • We are still in the testing phase here. But when I first use the instructor registration form I get “ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly”
    The Recaptcha is V3 and doesn’t have anything to solve. We are using Captcha 4W and it works on every other form on the site.
    After refreshing, a few times I got a black screen with some kind of code. After a few more times I get a “Your application will be reviewed and the results will be sent to you by email” message.

    As far as I can see, there is no way for the site owner to know an application is there to review. There is no default email going out to the site owner to let them know.
