Activate the reCaptcha extension for UM.
    Set a new v3 key.
Captcha works fine on the front-end.

When the site admin uses the dashboard > Users > Send password reset, the email is not sent – but the UI shows “Password reset link sent”.
It fails transparently with no UI error and nothing in debug.log.

Within the admin Edit User form, an error is shown, but again, nothing is noted in debug.log.

The reCAPTCHA protection shows and works on the front-end, but not on the back-end.

Cache is disabled in the browser (latest Firefox/Windows).

Go back to Ultimate Member Settings > Extensions. Uncheck “Enable Google reCAPTCHA”, Save, and the emails are sent.

I can activate the plugin “Defender Pro” (by WPMU DEV) and it has a similar feature. It specifically has a check for “Disable for logged in users” and it does not have the problem within the dashboard that UM does.

    Thanks.
