I can see the checkbox in my preview, but not on the website.
So far this is what I’ve tried:
    1. I cleared the cache
    2. I made sure that on the form, behavior after submission is set to Ajax
    3. I disabled and image optimizer I use
    4. I double checked the site key/secret key

I don’t know what else to try. Could really use some help.
This has been a excellent form overall, this is the first issue I’ve had.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    HI @mcsandy,

I could notice there are many console error pointing to the Elementor Pro plugin when I check the mentioned /contact page.

Could you please temporarily deactivate the Elementor Pro plugin to see whether the reCatcha loads fine or not? This would give a better idea of where exactly the issue is.

If you still face issue even after deactivating the Elementor Pro Plugin then could you please share the form export, so that we could test and see what exactly is causing on your side? Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services in the next reply so that we could check further.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Thanks for the quick reply!

With Elementor Pro deactivated the recaptcha displays fine, but only on Firefox, not on Safari, Brave, or Chrome.

Here is the export file. and Thanks!

    Hi @mcsandy,

Thank you for providing the link to the form. I set up the form on a demo page using Elementor free version and connected it with the reCAPTCHA v2 checkbox here: https://jsolofree.tk/form-test/

You can see the reCAPTCHA checkbox is working. I know you mentioned checking this, but could you try creating a new reCAPTCHA site key? Once you’ve done this, please create a duplicate of your current form and add it to a demo page, so we can check if the reCAPTCHA is working.

    Best,

Thanks so much for the help.

I created a new reCAPTCHA site key/secret key. I can see the checkbox only on Firefox, not on any other browser though. Not sure what to do. I’ve got it active on firefox for now, but it’s not really a longterm solution.

    Hi @mcsandy

Can you please try to disable the breeze cache and check if makes any difference?

Kindly also try to make your form load from Ajax:

Let us know the result you got.
