    Dear all;

    I have configured the check “I am not a robot” (reCAPTCHA v2) on the setup page of the plugin. Although the check “I am not a robot” is showed on the preview -on the setup page of the plugin- this ckeck is not showed on the live contact form, so the visitor can send a message without mark the ckeck “I am not a robot”.

    Furthemor, that message is sent as spam.

    Any idea about that issue?

    When you have sometime, could you please double check the URL you’re shared? As the form I see on the website is not designed using WPForms.

    I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Now the form is designed using WPForms.

    Thanks for updating the thread!

    I looked at the form and when I inspected the HTML source, I don’t see the reCAPTCHA JS file getting loaded into your website. When you have some time, could you please double-check if you’ve added the API keys under WPForms > Settings > CAPTCHA?

    Further, please be sure to add the reCAPTCHA field to your form. However, if you’ve done all that which it seems to be as you’re seeing reCAPTCHA in the preview mode, I think either theme or some other plugin might also be trying to load reCAPTCHA. If the theme or some other plugin is loading reCAPTCHA then there’s a possibility of conflict, and reCAPTCHA might not display or work properly.

    I have checked the API keys. My fault. I have interchanged the keys. Now, everything is running fine.
