Recaptcha does not work

    We recentyl relaunched our website. And since then, the recaptcha key on the job application form does not show up, just the text. The site and secret key are correct in the settings

    When I insert the captcha to the form via a snippet through the functions.php it works. Anyone an idea about this?

    Are you using reCAPTCHA v2 or v3? Please make sure you have selected the correct reCAPTCHA Version in Job Manager > Settings.

    We are using V2. Before the relaunch, with the old theme it was working. Also we set up new keys. But nothing…
    Just like I mentioned, when I insert the captcha via a snippet in the function , it works. But no chance via the settings

    From that data, it sounds like there is likely a theme conflict as the cause here. You can test to see if that’s the cause by temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and trying the reCAPTCHA again.

    Let me know how it goes. You’re certainly also welcome to keep the reCAPTCHA snippet that is working for you and move forward that way.
