reCaptcha expired or invalid

I have installed the premium version of ARMember, but users are unable to login, receiving the error message “Google reCAPTCHA Invalid or Expired. Please reload page and try again.” I have tried using all the different options for setting up the recaptcha (v2 invisible, v2 not a robot, v3), but all the v2 options give me this error, and the v3 just gives me a “Google reCAPTCHA invalid” error. Do I need to install another plugin as well to help the reCAPTCHA to work? Is there a way to disable the reCAPTCHA? Thanks.
