masterslider missing from plugins

Thank for choosing Master Slider,Currently master slider doesn’t have any problem with latest version of WordPress, This problem occurred because of the following events:
1. Conflict with others plugin or theme
2. Failed updates lead to the problem or something else…
Please deactivate all of your plugins download and install Master Slider directly from your host.If you need help please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Morning, I have done what you requested and thank you for your support, however I have this message to share with you when I tried to upload it

message as follows:-

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ia/nm/ck/ianmckennaphotography.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/master-slider/

Plugin install failed.

Return to Plugins page

Not sure what to do next, please can you help me,

Dear Ian,

Please download the latest version of master slider from here:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/master-slider/
then login to your c panel or direct admin or any panel to mange your root of the site and follow this path wp-content\plugins then upload your downloaded file and extract it take back me the result.

Sorry did not follow instructions, I thought c panel was dashboard and I have no idea how to get to C Panel, please can you advise as I know nothing about where to find C Panel.

Cloud you please watch this video tutorial that i included below ? this video will help you that find your host of website, ( where WordPress installed for first time ) then you can follow my advice find file manger of your site and attempted to install Master Slider manually.
