I get the error “this field is required” on the recaptcha field of the registration page even though it was ticked. Both site ID and secret ID is correct.

Any idea how do I troubleshoot and fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hello @ppp0,

Can you check if you have other plugins which add reCAPTCHA to your website ? This happens on our form or on the default Login form ?

    Hey @raster02

Thanks for helping me out on this.

Yes I do have reCAPTCHA on another form. Can it not work on 2 different forms? Do I need a new reCAPTCHA site-id and secret?

The problem is on the form created by your plug-in, yes.

    Thanks again.

    Hello,

Not sure if the keys are the issue. Can you tell me what plugin that is so I can take a look as well ?

    Regards.

I have “Contact Form 7” also installed to use on the Contact Us page.
    It also utilizes reCAPTCHA.

It doesn’t look like keys are the issue here.

Are you sure this is caused by CF7 ? Can you link me your page so I can take a look ? I can register just fine even if I put the contact form on the same page.

Can you check if this works when you disable that plugin ?

    Regards.

I’m not sure what is causing this issue. I can test it a bit later. I was following your earlier post asking about other plugins utilizing captcha.

    The website is at https://www.drembaufresh.com/register/

I have just deactivated CF7, but the issue still persist. :\

    Hello @ppp0,

Then please check for a plugin conflict. You can read instructions on this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/read-before-posting-90/

Let me know if you find anything.

    Regards.

Ok found it – the conflict was with “Theme My Login” plug-in.

    Hello @ppp0,

This should be fixed with the latest release.

Please keep in mind that TML mimics out of the box WordPress hooks so you need to choose between our reCAPTCHA field or theirs.

    Regards.
