Recaptcha issue form not submittng

The issue is I have updated the contact form and ever since I am facing issue with it
on submission, the spinner keeps on spinning and the form doesn’t get submitted.The issue in the console is TypeError: Cannot read property ‘then’ of undefined
Autotimimze is the plugin that I am using at the moment for the site but even if I deactivate it the issue remains the same
