When I try to disable reCAPTCHA in global settings/security and then try to save it, profile grid doesn’t disable it. I also try to update the site key and secret key it doesn’t save the key even after clicking save. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall profile grid? Thanks.

    Hello @drewmarksystems,

Thank you for writing to us.

It seems like the issue is specific to your site, where one of the existing plugins on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Verify after clearing your browser cache if issue still persists.

In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll need to investigate conflicting plugin. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and trying to replicate the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.

Please do let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Thank for your prompt reply.. I followed your advice and i’m still having issues trying to update the site key. I get this error message on the front end: “ERROR for site owner:
    Invalid domain for site key”

I disabled all the unnecessary plugins and when I attempt to update the site key and click save the next page is the dashboard but a blank page. when I hit refresh it reverts back to the old key and was never updated even though I clicked save. I cannot even disable recaptcha. Does the PHP version have to be 7.0 and greater for profile grid?

    Hello @drewmarksystems,

ProfileGrid require minimum PHP version 5.6 .

As the issue is specific to your site, please share your site’s dashboard access by creating a new admin user with our support email address [email protected] in order to investigate this in detail. Once we are done with our analysis, you can remove that user account from your site.
