Hi Guys,

    I have three WP sites:
Crisilience
Crisilience Edu
CIMAT Group

I’ve used your plugin for ages now, and it’s been very good. This morning, however; the recaptcha feature does not display on the wp-login page on any of them. I cannot access the backends of my sites. Last check was yesterday 23/01/18 all were functioning ok.

It appears that the plugin is reacting as I am getting the “Error: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value” message

Any ideas on what has changed?
Is it a WP issue, a Wordfence issue?

Kind regards,
<
    Martin

    Hi,

    The same problem I have noticed today.
    The ReCaptcha does not display on the login (wp-login) page and blocking access to my site.

    BestWebSoft PLEASE advise .

    Thank you

    Hi,
    To gain access to your site:

    Login to your site’s files (either using Filezilla or similar) or go to your hosting cpanel if you have one.
    – wp-content/plugins/Captcha (or whatever folder is called)
    – rename the folder ReCaptcha(or whatever folder is called)-disabled
    – go back to your site and you should be able to login

    you’ll see the plugin is disabled. You can either try and fix the issue or delete it and start again (which I have).

    Delete the plugin. Use FTP, if you can’t access the web site. You can install it again, it will ask you for generating security keys again. But after that is completed, everything works fine again. There was some note while generating security keys, that I am using V1 version, which will be dismissed by end of March. Not sure about the details, but I’ve got this fixed.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    In order to access your dashboard, it is necessary to deactivate plugin manually. Please complete the following steps:
    1) Go to the your_wp_root/wp-content/plugins folder via FTP (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/FTP_Clients);
    2) Find and rename “google-captcha” folder into “google-captcha1”;
    3) After you log into your dashboard, you can rename the folder back.

    @gallagherm2013 We visited your website and found out that our reCAPTCHA is present in your wp-login form and it works fine. Please check the screenshot – https://prntscr.com/i5euts.
    We also noticed that you’re using some caching software. It may cause this kind of issues. Please try to deactivate caching products you use and check reCAPTCHA work once again.

    Let us know about the result.
