    Hi,

I’ve created a contact form and added a google reCaptcha to it, as the basic captcha didn’t stop me getting bot-spammed.

However, no captcha box or area is visible on my form.

So I then tested my form, sending myself a message. And protection seems to BE there and it IS working – it failed to send, telling me I need to be human to send it (as I didn’t click any ‘I’m not a robot’ box – as I can’t see it).

But then the captcha area doesn’t appear anywhere, so no one can actually send me anything…??

My form is on coloured background, so I’ve gone over the ‘design’ bit a hundred times, the text and cpatcha text colour are all set to white (I also don’t know why the failing-to-send message also doesn’t come up in white but rather grey – which I can barely see on this background) and can’t seem to figure out what the issue is. I’ve looked all over the Settings of the site, the Divi theme areas, nothing…

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

What plugin are you using for the contact form?

I’ve not been using a plugin, just the contact form in Divi which comes with my layout…

Ok, since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
