reCaptcha not displaying

To troubleshoot the issue, please check that you’ve enabled reCAPTCHA in the form builder. You can do this in one of the two ways:

1. Go to Settings > General to select the reCAPTCHA option (here’s a screenshot)

2. Alternatively, you can go to Fields to click on reCAPTCHA (here’s a screnshot of that).

If you’ve already enabled reCAPTCHA in the form builder, there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin.

To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

Sorry for the confusion.

You’ll need to go to All Forms to click on the form you’ve created. This will open the form builder.

In the form builder, you can go to Settings > General to enable reCAPTCHA and save the form.

However – even with deactivating plugins (except yours) and just using the default Twenty Twenty theme, I still can’t et reCaptcha to work.

Thanks for the update!

I see that the reCAPTCHA icon is displaying on the bottom-right corner of the page where the form is embedded (see this screenshot). This indicates that the ‘Invisible v2 reCAPTCHA’ is active on the form.

Wow, that’s odd since I used v3! I put in the does for v3 and ticked off v3 in your backend. But the spam has almost disappeared -and I prefer v2. Huh!

I apologize, as I overlooked to mention that v3 reCAPTCHA also displays the reCAPTCHA icon in a similar way. In this case, it looks like the reCAPTCHA is working as expected on your form.
