recaptcha not displaying on registration page

Please check your reCaptcha Site and Secret key. It seems you are using Google reCaptcha v3. Can you check which key did you provide for v3? You can’t use v2’s keys for v3. You have to generate a new one for that.

I double-checked, and I have v3 keys from Google loaded into v3 slots in the plugin.

It seems, you have been getting this error in the console from reCaptcha API Invalid site key or not loaded in api.js. It’s either your domain name is mistake or your site key.

You need to ensure your site is added in the domains section of the Google reCaptcha page where you generated the API key.

Thanks @rumesh38 , my site domain is added to the Google reCAPTCHA console:

I have also copy-paste site and secret keys from the console, and the plugin, to a text editor and compared character for character. They are identical.

Any other ideas?

Other plugins might be affecting it. Please try deactivating other plugins one by one to find the culprit plugin. Or if you are comfortable please provide us access to your site at [email protected].

It seems there was some issue with your Google reCaptcha site and secret key. It was obvious from the console message. So I created new reCaptcha code and used it in your site. It works fine for me. Please look at Google’s documentation on reCaptcha v3 and add your site and secret key.

I deleted my previous account at the Google console and started over.

This time I generated v2 keys and loaded those into the v2 slots in the plugin. It still does not work. This time I get a Site Key Error in place of the check-box.

The only links that I can see are the site and secret keys, my e-mail address, and https://appliedforensicservices.com

Am I missing something?

Now I have to figure out why I am not receiving e-mails to confirm registration. Is that something you can help me with if I cannot figure it out? I really appreciate the support.

@rumesh38 please disregard the last request. I had not created my login page yet, which may have been the problem, but I am using the direct login option without e-mail confirmation. I think reCAPTCHA at registration and login is sufficient. Thank you for your support.
