I have entered the V2 keys in the Contacts>Integration section. I then selected ‘reCaptcha Version 2’ on the drop-down list, submitted it and added the shortcode to the form.

Still nothing appearing on the page. Can you take a look at the page. It should be under the submit button on the contact form at the bottom.

    Regards,

    David

We’ve looked on the page and it’s supposed to be loading a script into the footer:

    https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js

Do you have any kind of caching or minification plugin installed where you can clear cache? Do you have any other plugin that may be adding google-recaptcha? Does your theme use wp_footer() in the footer.php file?

One option to help debug this issue is to install the WP Healthcheck plugin which will allow you to revert to a default theme and safely disable / enable plugins until you find the culprit.

Given a list of plugins we could try and replicate the issue. We at least know something is preventing the google-recaptcha API script from being enqueued which is the root of the issue here.

    Hello,

Looking at the website now it appears that the reCaptcha shows up. We’ll mark this thread as resolved but should you have any additional questions or comments please feel free to reply back and let us know!
