ReCaptcha not showing up

My site https://www.welynx.ca/bigdata2/membershipis using this plugin and as you can see the Recaptcha doesn’t show up despite I have config the site key and secret key.

The key was for https://www.welynx.ca though, I am not sure if it works for this, does anyone know that?
