  • Can you replicate the problem using the default theme with all other plugins deactivated?

I have deactivated all plugins one-by-one. Same behavior as above. As the last one i have deactivated qTranslate-X, and after deactivating that one the ContactForm did not show at all.

Can we see the site using the default theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    Now is only qTranslate-X active.
Please let me know ASAP when you are done!

Sorry… i had to put the page back to “normal”…
I hope you had some chance to see what was going on.

    No – I didn’t.

Having exactly the same Problem since updating to WP4.7.1 / CF7 4.6…
IE is not showing the reCaptcha, the Code of the reCaptcha is available in the source code (iframe / textarea), but is not showing up.

IE-Developer-Tools-Console is showing up with two messages:
ReCAPTCHA couldn’t find user-provided function: recaptchaCallback
Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys

The secret key of reCaptcha in the backend is set. And the form is working in FF, Chrome & Opera

    thanks in advance…

I have same issue as @hlich
I beleive after upgrading several plugins.

It works fine in Chrome, but nog in Internet Explorer / Edge
De ReCaptcha does not show up, console error message in Explorer says:
‘ReCAPTCHA couldn’t find user-provided function: recaptchaCallback’

    >edit:
I deactivated ‘NextGEN Gallery’ and now the ReCaptcha works! So there’s a conflict between ReCaptcha/ContactForm7 (v4.6.1) and NextGen Gallery (v2.1.77)

I’m seeing this problem, also only ie11(haven’t tested edge yet) and don’t have NextGEN Gallery installed.

I also see the same error as @jopienl: ReCAPTCHA couldn’t find user-provided function: contact_form_7_recaptcha_callback

I’m noticing that sometimes the captcha loads others it doesn’t.
-Most often loads when the dev tools are open.
-Most often doesn’t work when the dev tools are open. Of course
-Although right now dev tools are open and it’s not working. So it’s not 100% consistent.
