• Hi Mike –

Thanks for the Fast Secure reCAPTCHA plugin. It was easy to install and works beautifully. I’m using it with the bbPress plugin for forums.

I’d like to skip the reCaptcha for logged in users. I checked the “No comment form reCAPTCHA for logged in users” option, but the reCaptcha is still asked for the bbPress New Topic and Reply forms.

Does that option not apply to those forms? Is there another way to turn off the reCaptcha on these forms?

    Thanks,

    Mike

  • that option only applies to the comment form. Do you think I should expand it to include New topic and Reply forms also?

    Hi Mike –

Thanks for your reply and for your great plugin.

I think the option to skip the reCaptcha for logged in users (or a separate but comparable option) would be equally useful for the New Topic and Reply forms.

I have a membership site. We want to allow non-registered people to give us comments, but we don’t want spam. Your plugin has eliminated the automated spam we were getting. But if someone is a member, and has logged in, we know we can trust them and so we really don’t need the reCaptcha.

    Thanks,

    Mike
