    Hi @neejoh

I hope you are doing well.

I tested it on my end but couldn’t replicate the problem, my website is set to English so I configured Portuguese as a new language on WPML and embed a form that uses V3 on Portuguese and it worked fine:

    https://monosnap.com/file/51JyoCJhdzw5djukMKngLDYWetkbf3

    Same for v2 https://monosnap.com/file/IgI4XgctyQ0yPek1Fgpe7YGdkGyCv9

Are you using any page builder?

Could you try to replicate the same on a fresh installation?

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas

@neejoh Please don’t offer to send or post logon credentials on these forums:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines#the-bad-stuff

You can contact the author on their own site and, once there, the discussion is between the two of you. However, it is not OK to enter or send site credentials on these forums. We don’t want to encourage others (who are less reputable) to do similar things. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi @sterndata, thank you for that reminder.

Yes, I do realise that. I’ve had contact with Forminator before and know I should get an ATTN invite to a specific contact person before random support-questions are picked up on their general contact form. That’s why I asked for an “invite” to continue the conversation through that channel and not here on the WP support forums, so that more sensitive information can be shared between them and me, not the world.

What I do not like is that my last post here has been completely removed, I take it by you? It had some information I would like to share with the supporters of the plugin. Per e-mail I even got a reply from one of the plugin supporters that I could contact them and ATTN his name (what I was looking for in my post).
So thank you for keeping these forums safe, but please don’t do it though completely removing entire posts.

    Hello @neejoh ,

I just want to make the situation more clear. Support forum on wordpres.org is the default and main channel of providing support.
We don’t invite users “by default” to provide support via email.

    So please let’s continue here.

Can you provide the information that my colleague Patric asked for?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

This was the acceptable part of the message that was removed:

I checked and you are right, it only appears to be happening in some cases. Other websites, and even on the same website, it does actually show the translated ReCaptcha.

It is however a weird situation that I can’t get figured out.

Note that you may not even offer to send credentials here.

    Hello @neejoh ,

We haven’t heard from you for some time now, so it looks like you don’t have more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
    Kasia
