reCaptcha is failing continously on this form, which is on a new site that was only aunched yesterday. It did work briefly, but since the Site URL was changed to add the “www” prefix, it has not operated at all. Capptcha is enabled on the form in settings.

Furthermore, the recaptcha stats on my Google account show zero attempts, which suggests that there is no connection.

I have tried creating a new simple form and also have generated new Site/Secret codes for the domain. However, the syptom persists.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Also, when ticking the reCaptcha tickbox, the user is not shown any verification pictures, even with multiple attempts to Submit.

    Hi @davis22509,

It seems that there must be some kind of integration issue on your site with the Google Re-Captcha feature. Please go through this documentation once https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/everest-forms/tutorials/how-to-integrate-google-recaptcha/ and do let me know if it helps or not and I will get back to you.

    Regards!

I have carried out all these steps as specified and the situation remains the same. Even on a newly built form.

Do you think it would help if I uninstalled the Everest Forms plugin and started with a fresh install and stat again with the forms?

    Regards,
    Brian

    Hi @davis22509,

I have a doubt that the issue might have been caused because of domain modification. Could you please do a test by removing the “www” part from the domain and keeping it simple like “example.com”?

Let me know if that helps or not and I will get back to you accordingly.

    Regards!

Not sure that I can do that!

I am on a managed WordPress site so cannot access domain specifics. I had to ask the provider to add the “www” when I dicovered by default that it was not present.

Also, how could I anyway have/use a different domain such as example.com which I do not own? Have I missed something? (Sorry if I am being dumb).
