Recaptcha not working

Dear formidable forms team,

we have been using the plugin with great pleasure on many sites. However, on this site, the turnstile captcha just does not appear and work. Any recommendation or idea on why it does not show up? It’s embedded in the form (“Kontaktformular”, lower end of the page), and the keys are correct.

Any help greatly appreciated.
