Recaptcha not working

Hi! The captcha is not displayed. I’ve already tried everything: I’ve entered and deleted keys, google.com changed to recaptcha.net , added and removed the [recapcha] tag, but nothing helps. I even danced with a tambourine. I would like to know what is preventing the captcha from being displayed. I hope to solve this problem with your help.
