Recaptcha not working – doesnt show

I was using recapthca V2. It was working before on my site. The form looks like this:

But now I can’t see the recaptcha and the [recaptcha] is missing on option. Please see attached https://prntscr.com/lufibj

Again, it was working before and I had integrated the google recaptcha. But now it doesnt show and its not working and doesnt show reacptha template. please help. Plugin is the latest update.
