Recaptcha not working responsive

Hi,

Just wanted to inform that ithemes recaptcha does not show up on responsive login. So it turned out that while we had this enabled nobody was able to login from responsive device anymore (you cannot see the recaptcha in responsive, but it does register that you did not enter the recaptcha, locking out regular users). This definitely needs improvement.
