reCaptcha only shown on Contact Form 7 for logged in users

I’m using Contact Form 7 for a long time with its own reCaptcha integration. It was working very well with the Fast Secure reCaptcha Plugin. Now the Fast Secure reCaptcha Plugin does not get support any longer and i turned to WP ReCaptcha Integration. Now i’m using Contact Form 7 Ver. 4.9.2 and WP reCaptcha Integration Ver. 1.2.1 and the reCaptcha on the Contact Forms is only shown to logged in users. I disabled the option ‘Disable reCaptcha verification for logged in users.’ and then it was also not shown to logged in users as well as to unknown users. Submission of the form is not possible. Sometimes the reCaptcha is shown for unknown users after many refreshes of the page. I tried this on multisite installations of wordpress as well as on singlesite installations. On the comment forms everything works well.
