reCaptcha problem, locked out of site

So I installed your reCAPTCHA add on, generated the site key and secret key and put it all in where it needs to go, but now have found it is not working right and I’m locked out of my site, I can’t log in with my Admin user to disable it. I get this error when I try to log in “The secret parameter is invalid or malformed.” I click the “I’m not a robot” box and it confirms ok, but trying to login yields that error. How do I disable this. I have ftp access so can modify whatever file is needed or remove them.
