    Hello!

I have been trying to test my contact form after updating to the latest version, and no matter what browser I use or what the content of my message is, CF7 won’t send the email as it thinks my submission is spam. I installed Flamingo to see what’s going on, and all submissions seem to be hitting at a score of .10 or below. Removing reCAPTCHA allows submissions to be successfully sent.

    Ideas?

Same here, I am looking for ideas, too.

@runninggagiw – see I have the same problem! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?.

If you’ve registered correctly for reCAPTCHA v3 (by following the instructions at reCAPTCHA v3) & it’s working, you should now see the reCAPTCHA Privacy badge displayed at the bottom of every page on your site (not just the pages where you’ve got CF7 forms).

If the reCAPTCHA badge is not showing, this shows that reCAPTCHA v3 is not working on your site.

    Hi Neil,

ReCAPTCHA is set up properly — no issues there. Badge appears. The problem appears to occur on the latest version of Contact Form 7. Absolutely every entry is being marked as spam.

Edit: It is worth noting in the link provided I have removed ReCAPTCHA entirely as my customer cannot receive any contact form submissions with it active.

Found this solution in another thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/every-form-get-an-error/ if anyone is looking.

I cleared out my reCAPTCHA keys and let it sit for a few days, reactivating seems to have cleared up the issue without using the above solution.
