    Hello,

I received a report that my users are not able to submit the contact form, and it appears that the issue is that the recaptcha is not displaying properly. I have removed the recaptcha and set my keys for the ‘invisible’ version, but that didn’t work either. It’s currently set to V2 validation (with the appropriate V2 keys), but the Recaptcha area doesn’t display. Thank you for you your help!

    Sincerely,
    Code Monkey Rose

  • Hi,

Please, try to change your theme to a standard WordPress Theme and check whether the issue is fixed or not. If not, please, try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check whether there is a conflict or not. I should ask you to inform us about the results.

    Thank you!
