Recaptcha v3 breaks form

Ok I installed the plugin and enabled recaptcha on another WP install on the same server and it seems to work. So how do i turn on debugging to figure out what is stopping this one

the broken site is using wp 2019 theme

Sorry Neil, but your article isn’t helping anyone now. It seems to be a compatibility problem between latest versions of Google ReCaptchaV3 and CF7: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/recapcha-v3-prevent-the-form-from-subbmitting/#post-11709646

There’s an only solution to do until this incompatibility is solved: deactivate the ReCaptcha integration.

I too have issues with several websites.
I have tried all the suggestions by Neil and others without affect.

Clearly, there is an issue as there are too many people with this issue on this forum.

I am in the position of having to look for alternative contact forms which I find disappointing but what else can I do.
