Recaptcha V3 doesnt show in tags

It doesn’t show on the form and the tag isn’t showing either. Getting way to much spam from our form, what can you recommend please? Yes I’ve been to Google and registered and have inputted both sets of keys for Version 3 into the integration and just like your example there is no captcha tag box so I can display that tick box I am not a robot.
