Recaptcha V3 Doesnt Work

I use CF7 quite a lot for clients and am in the process of migrating them across to recaptcha v3. So far I have generated new keys, applied the keys via the integration tab and removed the legacy [recaptcha] box. As this should be sufficient.

What I have noticed is that clients that historically didn’t receive spam are now getting spam through. From what I understand about a month ago there was a problem with recaptcha v3 and CF7. I would expect this to be resolved now or some fix in place.

Is there some kind of fix for this?
