Recaptcha V3 et V5.16

Hello,
I am using a brand new version of wordpress. The ContactForm module is in version 5.16.
The ReCaptcha is in V3, I have the badge which is displayed on all the pages of my site: ambreb-institut [.] Fr
When I integrate the two Recaptcha keys I get this error:
There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

When I remove the two Google keys, everything is fine
