reCaptcha v3 integration triggers error

Hello,

I see this topic was raised already, but I can’t find the solution

So, without reCaptcha v3 CF7 works perferctly fine

When reCaptcha keys are added in Integration with External API the form triggers an error “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

Network console shows
caught ReferenceError: grecaptcha is not defined
at HTMLDocument. (index.js?ver=5.7.6:1:470)
(anonymous) @ index.js?ver=5.7.6:1

Any suggestions much appreciated as without reCaptcha we are getting tons of spam
