Theme is child for Envision 3.3.0 and plugins are:
Bloom, Classic Editor, CF7, CFDB7, Email log, Envision Core, Gecka Submenu, Infinite WP, jQuery smooth scroll, Kraken image optimizer, NextGEN Gallery, Really SImple Captcha, Really SImple SSL, Redirection, Redirection for CF7, Responsive Lightbox & Gallery, Revision Control, Search Regex, Page links to, Simple History, Slider Revolution, Wordfence Security, WP Mail SMTP, Yoast Duplicate Post, Yoast SEO

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Really Simple CAPTCHA, Wordfence Security, WP Mail SMTP, and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Thanks for your assistance, but we’ve decided to write us out of the problem and await that the terrible and old IE browser comes to the end of it’s life.
