Recaptcha V3 not working with CF7

  • Contact forms across the whole site have been returning with an orange boxed error ‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.’

    Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do?
    I have tried setting up a new site etc and it just seems to be an issue with recaptcha… as soon as I remove the keys, it works.

    I have had to download CF7 with recaptcha V2 for the time being but would rather have v3 set up.
