ReCaptcha won't work on Registration

You mean the new user registration page or the multisite blog registration page? By not working, do you mean the captcha is not showing?

Exactly, it won’t show and I am getting 100’s of Spam registerations every day.

How did you create the registration form? If you’re using a custom plugin that’s not supported, the captcha won’t show up.
