Yes, the plugin provides reports for the POS, under the WooCommerce reports functionality you will find two reports for the POS.
Under the order tab, /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-reports&tab=orders&report=sales_by_user
Sales by user. This report is a full report for all order sales processed by the POS user.
Also under the order tab, /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-reports&tab=orders&report=sales_by_pos
Sales by order type. This report is showing sales by POS and sales by Online Web Orders.
In the future, we are building support for a cash draw functionality which will include a print till receipt.
The refund functionality can be found under the Order Details of an order. If you click on Orders menu item, the list of orders is shown. Select the Order you would like to refund. Scroll down to the section below the items, click the refund button to process a refund for the order.
