    Hi

    WHen someone purchases, i get the notification, but they don’t seem to get the receipt. I can resend it find, payment is fine – always marked as complete and I am using the correct paypal IPN Verification details and api etc.

    Any ideas what else I can check ?

    Hey @daverage

    If the payment is marked as Completed they should be. The best way to check is to install an email logging plugin like https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-log/

    Once you see the issuse again check the Logs that the plugin stores to see if in fact the email has been delivered to the customer. That plugin logs all email activity from WordPress so if EDD sends it after a purchase (when its marked as completed) it should be logging it in there.

    Hi.

    Yes I’ve don’t that and it is definitely not sending the email on purchase. As I say, I get the notification emails and the resend option sends fine.
