    ?Hola! Estamos empezando a utilizar el complemento MailPoet y nos preguntábamos si los correos electrónicos que se envían a suscriptores y clientes con carritos abandonados se envían a nuestro correo electrónico o si podemos ver quién los recibe. ?Gracias!

    Hello! We have doubts that the emails are being sent.

    We have done a test as a customer by leaving an abandoned cart and no email has arrived.

    The email is activated and says that it has been sent to 0 clients. But I should have sent one to the test client.

    That’s why I was asking if you can receive a copy of the email that is sent to customers to our company email to know if they leave abandoned carts and what products are in that cart.

    We currently provide support in English. For now, I’ll be replying in English. You’re welcome to continue in English or I can enter your message into Google Translate, if you’d prefer.

    It’s important to note that abandoned cart emails created with MailPoet will be sent only to “Subscribed” users.??If they’re still “Unconfirmed”, the email will be scheduled but not sent until they confirm their subscription via email (if double opt-in is enabled).

    Also,??the emails will be triggered only if the order status is “Processing” or “Completed”.

    Yes, we have done a test with an email that is on the subscribed list and the “abandoned carts” email has arrived

    The idea we had was to be able to know if it has been sent or not. That’s why I was asking if a copy is sent to our email or if there is some way to find out.

    Because, as shown in the screenshot of the previous message, it continues to appear sent to 0 clients.

    Thank you for getting back to us and letting us know.

    Based on the information you’ve provided. The abandoned cart emails is working as expected but you’re unable to know this for sure because the count counter is still displaying as “0”.

    Can you confirm if you’ve cleared your browser and website cache? Sometimes cached data can interfere with how these fields are displayed.

    Can you also try logging into your WordPress admin through incognito or a different browser and confirm if you’re seeing the same thing?

    A copy of this email isn’t sent to your email.

    We have cleared the cache and everything appears the same.

    But it is true that if I click where it says “sent to 0 clients”, the list of sent emails does appear.

    Now I do understand who it is sent to, although the count says 0, we will have to click to find out.
